If java cannot find the JDBC driver, this happens:

D:\CIS\CIS53\Task2\work>java PcSystemViewer

ERROR: Could not load the JDBC driver.

Before you try this program again, please make sure
the JDBC driver is present and that the system variables
that describe the path to the driver have been defined.

(See your System Administrator.)

Even when java can find the JDBC driver, if MySQL is shut down,
the program does this:

ERROR: Could not connect to the database.

the database is running.
